All fees exclude local taxes and statutory planning charges. Concept fee is credited in full when you continue to Full Scope.
Questions, answered plainly
The fee is split across five stages — concept, planning, technical design, construction and handover. You approve each stage before the next begins, and you can pause after any stage.
One redesign and resubmission is included in Full Scope. Our planning risk memo keeps refusal rates under 4% — and you'll know the risks before we draw.
Yes — extensions, garden studios and single-room transformations start with the Concept plan. If it's small but interesting, we're in.
You do. Full copyright transfers on final payment for the stages completed — no hostages, no hidden licences.
